The most special feature of this product is even if the middle layer material is MPET, we can still make this bag with a window. And this window can be any shape.
And when you full fill your product into this bag ,the side gusset of the bag will open and it can fill much more product into the bag if compare with the three side seal pouch, it means that this kind of bag will saves much more transportation cost for customers.

Material

This plastic side gusseted bag is combined with three kinds of material: polypropylene laminated on metallic polyester and then laminated on polyethylene. We do the printing on the polypropylene, and the metallic polyester and polyethylene produced according to the formula of  high barrier material to guarantee this bag can keep more longer shelf life of food. And can be store in the refrigerator around -18 degree.

Turnaround

First at all please send your requirement and AI to our email address. Then we will quote you the price.
After pricing confirmed, we will check and deal with your design and sent the artwork back to you in PDF. At the same time send you our Proforma invoice.
Once you approve the PDF proof we sent you, and sign back the Proforma invoice, and pay for the cost of cylinders and 30% deposit, we’ll aim to make the cylinders for you within 5-7days.
Once you approve the cylinder proof, we’ll aim to print your custom cold seal film order within 10-20 working days depend on your quantity, and dispatch the products after the 70% balance been received.

Packaging Process

50 PCS/Bundle → Put into a PE poly bag then into the carton with one sample stick onto the outside of carton → Pallet packaging and wrap with Winding film
